Welcome to Abhijay Travel. By booking any tour or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and secure travel experience for all our customers.
Booking & Payment Policy
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required.
- A token advance of ₹2100 per person is mandatory and is non-refundable.
- After booking confirmation, customers are required to pay 30% of the total amount.
- The remaining 50% of the tour cost must be paid before or at the start of the journey.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
Pricing Policy
- All prices are per person and based on the selected package category (Standard, Deluxe, Luxury, Premium).
- Prices may vary depending on group size, availability, and seasonal changes.
- The company reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 50% refund of the advance if canceled 30 days before arrival
- 25% refund if canceled 15–30 days before arrival
- No refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival
- Token advance (₹2100) is non-refundable
- Kedarnath add-ons are non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the same payment method
Travel & Accommodation Policy
- Accommodation will be provided on a double/triple sharing basis as per the package
- Hotels are subject to availability, and similar alternatives may be provided
- Standard check-in and check-out times must be followed
- Rooms are provided in standard category unless specified otherwise
Transportation Policy
- Transportation will be provided as per group size (Dezire, Ertiga, Innova, Tempo Traveller, Mini Bus)
- AC will not operate in hilly areas
- Vehicle usage is strictly as per the itinerary
- Additional usage will be charged separately
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years are complimentary (no extra bed)
- Children between 5–10 years will be charged for meals (without extra bed)
- Children above 10 years will be treated as adults
Responsibilities of Travelers
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, etc.)
- It is advised to carry warm clothes, trekking shoes, raincoat, and medicines
- Cash is recommended for local services like pony, palki, and personal expenses
- Travelers must follow the itinerary and instructions provided by the tour operator
Liability Disclaimer
- Abhijay Travel shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused due to:
- Natural calamities (landslides, weather conditions, roadblocks)
- Political disturbances or unforeseen circumstances
- Any personal negligence or misconduct
- Any additional cost arising due to such situations must be borne by the traveler
Changes & Modifications
- The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or operational reasons
- Any changes will be made in the best interest of the travelers
Third-Party Services
- We act as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, and other services
- We are not responsible for service quality issues beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving them
